1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using Peddls, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Peddls after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Use of the Platform

  • Peddls provides cycling route information, tour listings, and bike hire details for informational purposes.
  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading harmful content or attempting to disrupt our services.

3. Route Information & Safety

  • Routes, elevation profiles, and difficulty ratings on Peddls are provided for guidance only. Actual conditions may differ.
  • You cycle at your own risk. Peddls is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses incurred while following any route.
  • Always wear appropriate safety equipment, obey local traffic laws, and assess your own fitness before attempting a route.
  • Route conditions can change due to weather, road works, or seasonal closures. Always verify conditions before you ride.

4. Tours & Bike Hire Bookings

  • Tour and bike hire bookings are facilitated through third-party operators. Peddls acts as a platform and is not the direct service provider.
  • Booking, payment, and cancellation terms are governed by the individual operator's policies.
  • Peddls is not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of third-party services.
  • Please review the cancellation policy of each tour or hire provider before booking.

5. User Content

  • When you upload content (e.g. GPX files, profile photos), you grant Peddls a non-exclusive licence to display and process that content for the purposes of providing the service.
  • You confirm that content you upload does not infringe any third-party rights.
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Peddls — including text, images, route data, and branding — is owned by Peddls or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Peddls is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peddls shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Peddls in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
